Refund/Cancellation Policies: Thank you for choosing our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our website tamshaholidays.com, you´re deemed to have agreed to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites or by email such as: Tamsha Holidays will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
1. Pricing: Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation by email. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website or via email are charged on per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, and sometimes it might be negotiable only thru email, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
2. Methods of Payment: We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard,. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
3. Confirmation of Payment: Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail . Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
4.1 Cancellation:
◾ Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Tamshaholidays, client has to read cancellation policy of that particular tour which will be sent with the quotation by email.
◾ Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone is cancelling any of the single tour in combo then they will not able to avail combo offer, In this case Tamshaholidays will consider Individual tour price of non-cancelled tour & Refund remaining amount.
◾ Tourist Visa fees is not Refundable once payment done by payment link.
◾ While booking combo please make sure that all combo tours options are available. If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
4.2 No Show:
◾ If you fail to turn up for hotel check in, the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.
4.3 Refunds/Cancellation:
◾ We at Tamsha Holidays rely on you, the customer, to choose carefully and ensure that the deal you select suits your needs, timing and redemption ability. If you decide over time that your hotel, tours or attractions booking voucher is no longer of interest you have to apply to the terms & condition of the cancellation policy for each service purchased.
◾ We value your business, and whilst we aren’t responsible for the quality of the service provided by the merchant or the experience itself, we will do everything we can assist to find the best for you. So, if something major has let you down Please contact us we’ll do all we can to make things right.
◾ Refunds/ cancelation are accepted in case of the service provider Permanently closed. Tamsha Holidays has the full right to not accept any booking for any reason, and if the booking is not acceptable by us, we will issue full refund. Refunds/ cancelation will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
◾ Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases: - If your voucher/ Ticket has expired - if you don’t show up at the time of the check in, pick up, tours or show mentioned in your confirmation voucher, we reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fee - If you change your plans last minute - If you accidentally purchase a deal
4.4 Voucher/ Ticket Delivery: The voucher will be delivered at your email address. Please be assured to put correct email address Please be careful with your vouchers and the codes displayed on them. Anyone can redeem your voucher if they have you vouchers codes. Once redeemed, a voucher cannot be used again. If you provide these codes to a business at the time of reservation and don’t honor that reservation time, the business may at its discretion consider the voucher redeemed. So please don’t be late and do not hold your voucher for long.
5. Cancellation Procedures: Prior to making cancellation , we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Tamsha holidays in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Tamsha holidays cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
6. Force majeure: Tamsha Holidays and its subsidiaries are not liable for any breach of obligations where there is hindrance or prevention from carrying out obligations by any cause outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to lightning, fire, flood, extreme or severe weather, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law, accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).
